RACO is committed to transparency, fairness, and community protection. Any farmer, community member, or stakeholder may raise concerns about our project activities at any time. All grievances will be received respectfully, kept confidential, and handled without discrimination or retaliation.
We review every complaint carefully, provide timely updates, and take corrective action where needed. Our goal is to ensure every voice is heard and that RACO’s work continues to benefit communities responsibly and ethically.
